I once worked with a creative marketing department where we had green light brainstorming meetings. What that meant was we shared any ideas out loud and those ideas were met with total acceptance with no judgment, in fact we added to the idea to see where it would go. There was no, “That’s not possible”, or, “That’s good, but…” A good idea is a good idea no matter who and where it came from. The best ideas come to fruition with, “Yes, and…”
